Our Return Policy is as follows – If for any reason you are not satisfied with your PRIMP online purchase, you may return unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of ship date for a full refund in the original form of payment, merchandise credit, or exchange. An original packing slip is required for all returns. Online purchases may be returned within our return policy window at any PRIMP Boutique location or shipped to us. It may take up to 7 business days once we receive the returned merchandise for you to see the refund on your account. Once the return has been processed we will email you a notification. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to go back into your account.
