Can I return items I purchased online at a PRIMP boutique location?

Yes! We accept online returns at all PRIMP boutique locations. Please bring the credit card you used to place the order, packing slip, and unworn, tagged merchandise to be returned. We accept returns for a full refund in the form of original payment within 14 days of ship date.

Can I use a PRIMP Gift Card for my online purchase?

Our website does not currently accept PRIMP Gift Cards as payment.  Give us a call at 612.353.6277 Monday-Friday between 10am-3pm CST and we would be happy to help process your gift card over the phone!

Can I purchase a PRIMP gift card online?

What is PRIMP’s online return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your PRIMP online purchase, you may return unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of ship date for a full refund in the original form of payment. All bodysuits, jewelry, sunglasses, hosiery, face masks, and sale merchandise is final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned for refund. An original packing slip is required for all returns, and tags must be attached with merchandise in original condition. PRIMP is not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost or stolen. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

It may take up to 7 business days once we receive the returned merchandise for you to see the refund on your account. Once the return has been processed we will email you a notification. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to go back into your account.

Online purchases may be returned within our return policy window at any PRIMP Boutique location or shipped to us using our self service portal: Self Service Return Portal.

How do I track the status of my shipment?

All orders are shipped via USPS and will take 1-7 business days to be processed before shipping. Once an item has shipped, we will email you a USPS tracking number.

Do you restock items that have sold out?

We stock limited quantities of each item to keep our website new and exclusive and for that reason we rarely restock sold out items.  We pride ourselves on making sure you aren’t wearing the same thing as everyone else!

Where are PRIMP’s clothes manufactured?

Do items get marked down?

We do not typically offer sale merchandise. Our prices are low and quantities are limited so it is rare that items sell out at the original price. When we do mark items down, they are final sale.

How long will it take to receive my items once my order is placed?

For all orders shipping within the United States, you will receive your items within 3-8 business days from when the order is placed. Your order will take 1-7 business days to process, (orders are not processed on the weekends or holidays). Once your order is processed, it will take 2-3 business days to ship to its destination.
